Proposed Waiting and Loading Restrictions in Dunbar ensure High Street is Resident Parking-Free Zone

East Lothian Council is recommending that the existing Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for Dunbar be amended to reflect current parking behaviour and road use by residents and businesses.
